  4.  The Budget for Success Win9 runs under MS-Windows 9x.
  5.  With Windows 95 Install/Uninstall program.

  9.  Program requires the Microsoft Visual Basic 4.00 runtime files to run.

  11.  If they are not in your Windows\System directory then download the latest
  12.  VB4 runtime files from:

  20.  Unzip the file and click on VB40032a.exe and it will self install the files.

  28.  The setup program will run and propose a directory in which to put the
